Most orders are ready to ship within 5-7 business days. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the Goodnooz collection, as they're Damgood-made to order. Tracking is provided with all orders. We'll keep you posted via email!

Once your goodies are shipped, the shipping service is responsible for delivery in good order. Incorrect shipping addresses, shipment problems or delays are beyond the control of Damgood, LLC. and do not qualify for an order refund. We will however, do our very best to help ya out!

If product is defective, please email service.damgood@gmail.com to arrange for a return and replacement of your order. Refunds or exchanges are not available, due to the personalized nature of our products.
